1. Who operates the website

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. InvestBySea currently uses only the necessary cookie described below; it uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Traffic analytics is provided without cookies, through self-hosted Umami.

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie is necessary to preserve the language version you have chosen and is used without consent. Without it, the language may reset to the default value during your visit.
4. Analytics and marketing technologies
To measure traffic we use self-hosted Umami, run as part of the website’s own hosting. Umami uses no cookies and stores no personally identifiable data. It records page views, the referrer, UTM parameters, device and browser type, and anonymous events such as a successful form submission and the type of enquiry. We do not send your name, e-mail, telephone number or the content of contact forms to Umami.
We do not use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel and we do not carry out advertising profiling. Because Umami uses no analytics cookies, no consent cookie bar is shown for this analytics. If we add a technology that requires consent in the future, we will activate it only once consent has been given. Before launching it we will add a bar offering Accept, Reject and Settings, a simple way to withdraw consent, and details of the provider, the purpose, the cookies or similar technologies, their validity, the recipients and any transfers to third countries.
5. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block NEXT_LOCALE, the language you choose may not be preserved.
